Throughout May, OMG employees actively engaged in impactful events, educational programs, and an external summit organized by the Asian Leadership Network (ALN), a business resource group (BRG) at OMG, to commemorate Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. The ALN collaborated with Reddit, Inc. to curate insightful events spanning from Los Angeles to New York, focusing on the corporate realities of the AAPI community and strategies to transcend stereotypes. Within OMG, ALN and OMG23 showcased a variety of compelling narratives through films and media, each offering distinctive insights into the AAPI experience. Micah Yip, ALN Co-Chair, reflected on her participation in the summit and ALN activities, emphasizing the importance of breaking barriers to leave a lasting impression, "To be memorable is to break the barrier.
