Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings on its devices; as a result, their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem.

If you can't do that, then the general process is to remove your Google Nest devices from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app (as appropriate)--preferably while still on your old Wi-Fi network, factory reset your devices, and reinstall them in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app (as appropriate) on your new Wi-Fi network.
