Our new survey across 26 countries finds gender, generational and geographical divides on everything from same-sex marriage to brands supporting the community. In this edition, Generation Z leads in LGBT+ self-identification (17%), with support for transgender rights rising to 78% among Gen Z women). However, the global perspective on LGBT+ rights differs vastly, and support for companies promoting LGBT+ equality has dipped to 44%, five points down on 2001 levels. I interviewed the Global CEO of Ipsos... Ipsos is a global market research company with 18,000+ employees across 90 different countries, and I sat down with the man overseeing it all, Ben Page. I learned a lot from Ben, but my biggest takeaway was that hard work on it's own won't lead to success. More important than working long hours, you need to make sure you're working effectively. To work more effectively, Ben taught me the importance of: 1. Figuring out what your "superpowers" are and leaning into them 2. Being in a flow state when working 3. Prioritising the projects/areas that will have the biggest impact To hear more about Ben’s incredible career, and the amazing opportunities for students & graduates at Ipsos, you can listen to the full episode at the links below: 🎙️: https://lnkd.in/ed8AtxMQ 📹 : https://lnkd.in/e2eg_QRJ
