It’s a privilege to be part of the process, hearing fresh ideas and different perspectives on what constitutes a great campaign in the minds of the other participating judges will be insightful. What aspect of being involved in the judging process are you most looking forward to? I am most excited to learn more about how companies have approached their challenges and developed the strategies that sit behind their campaigns. What will you be looking for from the entering campaigns in terms of insights and trends? Those that are born from real human insights and create an emotional impact or response.    What does a piece of work have to do to really stand out and impress you? It should tell a story, be engaging and provide a call to action.

What an intense 48 hours. We're on the train back to Hamburg and literally have two awards in our backpacks. What an honor to have won the The Working Capital Forum's Gold Award. With its achievements over the last 12 months, my team came out on top against 27 other entrants. WOW. I would like to use this award to thank all the partners involved in our successful SCF-Programms: First of all, thanks to my team, without whose efforts the whole thing would not have been possible. Thanks to Inna, Lea, Fabian, Torben Lender and Maria for everything you have done over the years to make SCF@OttoGroup the success it is today. And also for staying hungry to develop the programs constantly further. Next, I would also like to thank all colleagues at the Otto Group, who have contributed to this success. It is not possible for me to name everyone, but in particular the colleagues at bonprix, Witt-Gruppe (member of the otto group), OTTO, sheego AG and all colleagues at the Otto Group Holding. I would especially like to highlight Otto International without whose continuous commitment the entire program in Asia would not be possible. Wondering why you're seeing fewer categories this year compared to last year? In order to have a robust competition, every category has to have at least 4-9 entries per category. Rather than eliminate categories, this year, our awards committee aimed to merge categories of similar subject matter with respect to the same production time limits. Have questions?
