ROCANI’s ethos revolves around crafting masterpieces that shape the future of the digital landscape, focusing on collaborative innovation and memorable interactive journeys Érada is the founder of Erada Agency, which specializes in creative design and digital management and handles production oversight for ROCANI. Érada is two decades into her advertising and marketing career, having done everything from media buying, ad ops, ad product development, and campaign leadership in entertainment and traditional advertising for multi-million dollar clients in finance, tech, food and beverage, hospitality, etc. Alongside her career, she has been practicing her love of photography and now resides in Paris.

Kirsty cut her teeth in the early noughties at magazines including Vogue and GQ. Working with some of the best creatives and visionaries in the world she honed her storytelling, creativity and craft. Moving on from print magazines, Kirsty had a sojourn in founding her own award winning and industry-leading digital content businesses (in a world where digital content was blogs and the odd Facebook post) before setting up AnalogFolk's content and editorial offering in 2014. Continuing on her entrepreneurial path Kirsty led Refinery29's international expansion from 2015 - 2019 as VP, Creative - building and running the creative department to ensure best in class, relevant and culture led content with brands including Nike, adidas, NARS, Balmain, Gucci, net-a-porter, Amazon Prime Video, MAC and Converse. During Kirsty's time at R29, they won awards including publisher of the year (UK), best branded content team (UK), and best experiential activation (UK). Since Refinery29 she has since been Chief Creative Officer at mission driven, AllBright and spent time consulting global brands - including COTY - on content and creating culture led content brand affinity. Kirsty is now setting up and running the JOAN London office as ECD and is passionate about bringing together diversity of thought to create work that stands apart across all platforms and all mediums - because a good idea (and brand, for that matter) is never linear.
