I just got the Nest Pro, with two devices. Set up the first one fine. When I go to connect the second one, it says the device is in bridge mode and needs to be disabled in the app settings in order to connect. I keep disabling bridge mode and going choosing NAT (standard) mode, saving it, and it defaults back to bridge mode. Using IOS for set up if that makes a different.
I restarted my phone, I updated the Google Home app, nothing. I've also confirmed that the bridge is turned off with the internet provider
