Thermostat won’t connect to WiFi. Tried all options to fix. Will not work. Spoke to nest representative and was told that chip is bad but they won’t give me a new one because it’s out of warranty. It’s a known issue with the thermostat. Why would you not back your product that you know has an issue.? I would suggest staying away from this product and choose a different brand. Very unsatisfied with nest customer service

Nest won’t stand behind their product and replace the unit even though they know that there is a problem with the chip
