This is crazy... no personalized customer service. Just one click to the next waisting time down a wormhole of frustration. This is a company with yearly profits of billions, and will not hire humans to give fast and direct help with the many problems customers have, no direct phone numbers or humans involved. Scary. And most are simply accepting this, buying into their program. Power in numbers.-Demand Google Nest put some profit back into customer service. They certainly can afford  to!

You can try contacting Support using the steps below. On the few times we've had to contact Support, we've gotten a callback within a minute or two.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
