I removed the device from my home and the Google Home app and factory reset it and set it back up again still have the same issue also here lately with my other cameras 567 hours later the video is still not available I don't know what Google is doing to these nest products but it ain't good

The problems you're encountering (doorbell not recording, doorbell not sending notifications, doorbell not sending "visitor announcements", event videos not available) COULD all be caused by Wi-Fi issues. It might be worth checking whether there have been any changes recently to your home Wi-Fi network.

(This is only a suggestion from another Google Nest customer.)

There have been zero changes to my Wi-Fi network other than purchasing the nest Wi-Fi pro and after I purchased the nest Wi-Fi pro and experienced extreme slowdowns is when I called for the Spectrum technician to come out and check everything

As I stated there have not been any changes recently to my Wi-Fi both spectrum and Google have investigated and neither one of them have an answer

I just don't have any further ideas. I didn't reply to your post about 6.0 GHz Wi-Fi because I don't know how that relates to Google Nest's cameras and doorbells, which all use either 2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz.

Some customers in this forum who have problems with their Google Nest cameras and doorbells also have Google Nest Wi-Fi, but I don't know how that might contribute to their problems (or yours).

That's fine. Some problems are harder to solve than others. I've been reading about these types of issues with Google on different sites, mostly pertaining to Nest Wi-Fi Pro.

When I called Google support about a week after I started experience problems they claim the Wi-Fi network settings were all proper and that a speed sacrifice was made for the sake of the quality of the signal

@ITGUY2013

I don't have any further suggestions. I'm afraid I don't understand what Google Nest Support told you ("a speed sacrifice was made for the sake of the quality of the signal").

Basically because the wavelength of the 6.0 GHz Wi-Fi is much shorter in distance then it's predecessors it may or may not be reaching the multiple devices that I have which in theory would appear as reduced speed but the quality of the signal has increased
