We've had a doorbell camera for a couple years and love it. We have a subscription and like the nest app. We just added 4 new cameras to our home and I got them all added on the Google home app but they aren't showing up on the Nest app and when I try to add product on there, the screen freezes on the last 4 of the serial number page. Have tried multiple times. What else can I do to add those onto the app? Thank you!

Unfortunately, as we discovered when we bought a battery camera in Sept. 2021, the 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells that get installed in the Google Home app cannot be installed in the Google Nest app. We've been using 2 apps for close to 3 years now.
