Nest aware not connected to account

I have purchased nest aware and it’s not showing in my devices. I have no saved videos or ability to review them

How would I go about changing the home/structure to match the subscription?

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras?

The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" is shown if you go go Subscription Management (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription.

It's also shown near the top of the screen in both the Google Nest app and the Google Home app.

If you go to your cameras in the Google Nest app, is "Video recording" turned on?

If you go to your cameras in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video |Video history, which option is selected?

I think you should probably contact Google Nest Support so you can explain your circumstances. You say you only have the Google Nest app and not the Google Home app, but you also say you've purchased a Nest Aware subscription, yet Google Nest has not sold new subscriptions of 1st gen Nest Aware since July 13, 2023, and to get a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription you need to have migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account, which normally means you're signing onto the Google Nest app using the "Sign in with Google" option using a Google Account and signing into the Google Home app with the same Google Account. (We migrated in 2020 and have been using both apps ever since.)

I have migrated the account over to google, I only access the cameras through the nest app

Well, if you have a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription, you might be able to transfer it using the instructions in the post below, but you'll have to use the Google Home app:
