Nest aware for wired doorbell gen 2 24/7

Do I have to subscribe to nest aware PLUS in order to have 24/7 video and not just the events, Or can I get 24/7 video recording with just nest aware ?

A Nest Aware subscription provides event video history for the most recent 30 days.

A Nest Aware Plus subscription (which we have) provides 24/7 video history for the most recent 10 days and event video history for the most recent 60 days.

Ok that must be why I can't see the 24/7 video then, I only subscribed to the regular aware not the plus, how do I go about upgrading to the plus instead of what I have now, only options I see is cancel i cant find anywhere to upgrade

You should be able to to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), click on your subscription, click on the "More" icon (the 3 vertical dots), and select "Change your plan":

Ok I will try this, thank you! I think what is messing me up is I'm still in my free 30 days of subscription for buying the nest...if that doesn't work I will just wait until my 30 days is up and change it then
