Bridging gaps one day at a time. For the second consecutive year we gathered to reflect on our progress along the path of #Diversity, #Equity and #Inclusion, as well as the challenges ahead: this is what we call our #GAPFREE day! It was a time for us to consider how we can become better allies and think of the impact we can make both individually, as people, and collectively, as a Group. Our #GAPFREE day was an intense one at Nuvola, filled with activities, talks and workshops featuring numerous guests who shared their experiences and perspective on what Inclusion really is about in the workplace. Pietro Maurizio Decio Fino has been appointed as our new Chief Operations Officer, continuing his journey within our Group after being Global Head of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial Development since 2022.
