Before our heartwarming Christmas dinner, our Managing Director, Etienne Auvillain, led an insightful workshop on the importance of #ESG in companies. 🐫 Happy Hump Day! 🌿 This week has been a marathon of productivity and insights, all from the comfort of our office in Brentwood. Embracing the routine, I've managed to hit the gym every morning, which has been a game-changer for tackling the endless stream of TEAMS calls. There's something about that post-workout clarity that just makes everything click! 🏋️♂️ But, the pace doesn't slow down! Later today, I'm off to London for Metsa Tissues' event on Sustainability vs. Greenwashing - a topic that couldn't be more relevant. Before diving into the discussions, I'll catch up with Roger Rees at Home House, always a highlight over a pot of Mint Tea, how we've changed...!! Sustainability isn't just a buzzword for us at MSC; it's a critical pillar for our growth and that of our clients. With greenwashing becoming increasingly prevalent, today's event promises to be both enlightening and essential. 🌱 In the midst of it all, this week has seen me deep in strategy with our Workwear Team as we prepare for expansion. However, it's clear that before we grow, enhancing our workspace and processes is the priority. Add to that a Heads of Committee call with the fantastic team at Jangro Ltd, further IT hardware upgrades in Brentwood, new ERP integrations, and some clandestine project work for next year's cleaning show... and it's only Wednesday! I cannot express enough gratitude to our incredible teams in Brentwood and Feltham. Their dedication is the backbone of our business, making all these ventures possible. Our clients continue to astound us with their capacity for generating new business, keeping us on our toes and looking forward. 🙌 Here's to mid-week milestones, the pursuit of genuine sustainability, and the teams that make it all possible.
