In Paris, 40 years ago, we opened the first foreign branch of Lavazza: it was the beginning of a journey that has led us to great results. Our Ambassador Programme trip is not just a journey: our People visit producing communities and connect with only apparently distant cultures. The first trip in 2023 gave our Ambassadors the opportunity to live an incredible adventure in Rwanda's tea factories 🍃 They were able to immerse themselves in the local culture and truly experience such a rich and incredible reality. Bridging gaps one day at a time. For the second consecutive year we gathered to reflect on our progress along the path of #Diversity, #Equity and #Inclusion, as well as the challenges ahead: this is what we call our #GAPFREE day! It was a time for us to consider how we can become better allies and think of the impact we can make both individually, as people, and collectively, as a Group.
