For the third straight year, World 50 surveyed members of our Inclusion & Diversity Impact community on the state of DEI initiatives. What we found is encouraging: Momentum continues, with 72% experiencing a surge in DEI initiatives over the past year. But, not without obstacles—both from inside and outside organizations.
