    Global program to prepare director level leaders to meet challenges presented by emerging and mature markets. The program began with a comprehensive needs analysis. Four internet-based microsims interspersed with rich classroom sessions are used to help change the culture and help directors successfully translate strategic to tactical and manage their part of a global talent pool.
