#ChallengingITStereotypes Embracing Diversity and Breaking Barriers Stereotypes surround us, even in the vibrant field of IT. I believe that assumptions should never define a person. While clishès may hold a grain of truth, they should never limit someone's potential. But they are with us. Every minute. Every step we take. Inspired by Pride Movement and our SoftwareOne Core Values, I want to explore specific clichés in IT for you. Each following month 1 cliché. 🫵 You have one, you never dared to ask? Feel free and ask now! Comment, and I`ll check it against our internal IT team at SoftwareOne. Are you ready 😉? Yes, I am ready! If you have heard that girls and woman are not good in mathematics, that they should not play football, that they should better be married and will never be good leaders... I heard them all and I am happy to support you!

It's surprising how they can shape our perception of others, and actually cause harm to relationships in a diverse environment.
