- What is the most effective way to reach out to candidates who are often being bombarded by unsolicited calls, email and InMail from sourcers and recruiters? Do you send an InMail, an email, call, text or send direct mail? How do you differentiate yourself to get a response from the talent you're targeting? The sites or resources you utilize are only effective if you're sourcing efforts result in them responding to your contact. Too many candidates feel that all sourcers are alike.
