    According to Gallup, the cost of poor management and lost productivity from employees is $8.8 trillion globally. Changing the way people are managed is one of the simplest methods to enhance productivity within organizations. However, most managers receive minimal feedback on their management effectiveness. Only 42% of U.S. employees report having the opportunity to formally provide feedback to their managers, and just 24% have formally rated their manager’s performance. Additionally, only about 36% of managers receive feedback from their peers as part of a formal feedback process. Many managers acknowledge they have room for improvement.
