while we exist primarily in the virtual world, we had the best time spending time together alongside Parity and DIG. in nyc last night. there were headshots, floor sits, hugs, and lots of asking each other for help. 'twas a beautiful thing ♥ shout out to our local nyc captains Jori Bell Ruthie Berber Menaka Iyer and Eva McCloskey for their flawless execution, to Megan Zilenziger for her partnership, and to Kesi Johnson for her generosity 🫶

it's a pillar of ogc to be nearly 100% virtual and async so all our busy members have equal access to everything we do. that being said, when we do happen to hang in person, it's pretty great...

some of the old girls club nyc members met for coffee last week. we shared some pastries, downed some caffeine, and were probably a bit louder than we should have been in a coffee shop at 930am. some came late, others were early. some were headed to work, others back home. it was just a stop in our days, but there's something about walking into a room where you immediately feel seen and allowed to be yourself. we're so lucky. in 2024, my wish for you is that you, too, find your people 💙

we're so excited to debut our new look, designed in collaboration with OGC member Angela Goleme ✨ our goals were to: 🍰 celebrate the aspects of business and career building that feel distinctly feminine (like sharing a dessert at the end of a meal where you got a deal done AND caught up on life) and ⚖️ balance a sense of lightheartedness and fun with the seriousness of the gender pay gap, inequities in career building and knowledge sharing, and the sheer exhaustion of balancing career, mental health, family and more what do you think? 👀 more coming soon...
