For March (International Women's Month!), Fern spoke to Ashleigh Marie Brown for our Female Founder's Section. As this month's theme is "Inclusion Through Exclusion", and Ashleigh is the co-founder of FeelBetr Health, we had a lot to talk about when it came to how women have historically been excluded from healthcare research. In relation to this theme, we asked Ashleigh if it is necessary to exclude the majority to ensure the minority (the minority here ironically being half the population) can receive the help they need. Her answer? "It's literally the least we can do." Thank you Ashleigh for sharing your passion for women's health and giving insight into your journey 💜🤍

We can think of no-one better than Clare Cooper, Founder and CEO of Storm3, to write on managing vs leading. This is something a lot of (especially new) leaders/managers struggle with; realising there is a difference between managing someone and leading them is definitely a learning curve. Thanks Clare for your insights!
