    Brunello Cucinelli’s exclusive collection, Shaped by Culture, recently launched in Neiman Marcus stores across the country. The collection, comprised of over 50 men’s and women’s pieces, was designed with cultural events and event dressing in mind.    In support of the collection, both brands partnered to host a series of Retail-tainment events––with many hosted in museums and art galleries, fittingly reflecting the collection’s inspiration. Exclusive events like these are one of the many ways we Make Life Extraordinary for our customers, and they underscore our commitment to Revolutionizing Luxury Experiences by connecting customers with their favorite designers in new and exciting ways.

    We’re wishing a happy Mother’s Day to mother figures of all kinds––biological, adoptive, single parents who play both roles, and those on a journey to become mothers.     At NMG, we cultivate a culture of Belonging where every associate feels seen, supported, and empowered. We’re proud to support new parents through our NMG Parental and Family Leave Policy, offering up to 24 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents and 16 weeks paid leave for any associate welcoming a new child—including through surrogacy, adoption, and foster care.     May is Jewish American Heritage Month. In 1907, Carrie Marcus Neiman, her brother Herbert Marcus, Sr., and her husband A.L. Neiman founded the Neiman Marcus retail establishment in Dallas, Texas. Together, this enterprising Jewish family made an indelible mark on Southern and national culture. For more than two decades, Neiman Marcus Group has been proud to partner with the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum to honor their story by supporting the Museum’s mission to teach the history of the Holocaust and advance human rights to combat prejudice, hatred, and indifference—in Dallas and beyond.    Stay tuned as we continue honoring this month by spotlighting our Jewish American associates and what their heritage means to them.     Photo Credits: Courtesy of DeGolyer Library, Southern Methodist University

    On May 7, Linda Fargo, SVP Women’s Fashion and Director of Store Presentation at Bergdorf Goodman, was honored with the Style Icon Award at the 2024 Accessories Council Excellence (ACE) Awards gala. Established in 1996, the ACE Awards are presented to companies, brands, individuals, retailers, and designers who have made lasting and meaningful contributions to our industry. Linda’s longtime friend and collaborator, Michael Kors, presented the award to her on stage at The Pierre Hotel. “Style Icon” only scratches the surface of Linda’s career at Bergdorf Goodman, a 28-year story that began in 1996 when she was hired to manage the iconic retailer’s visuals. Known as “The Eyes of Bergdorf’s,” as fashion director, Linda not only spots but dictates the season’s trends. Just last year, Linda’s, her eponymous shop on Bergdorf’s 4th floor, was expanded and redesigned, for an eclectic, one-of-a-kind shopping experience that reflects its legendary namesake.     On Saturday, Bergdorf Goodman was proud to partner once again with Schiaparelli for an intimate cocktail reception to celebrate the ongoing relationship between the two iconic brands. Daniel Roseberry, Schiaparelli’s creative director, and Linda Fargo, Bergdorf Goodman’s fashion and store presentation director, hosted the event. The friendship between the Fifth Avenue luxury emporium and Schiaparelli dates back to the early 20th Century when Elsa Schiaparelli first brought her collections to New York City. Today, NMG is Schiaparelli’s largest global partner and is proud to continue as the brand’s exclusive U.S. retailer. In March, Daniel Roseberry was honored with the Neiman Marcus Award for Creative Impact in the Field of Fashion, a distinction presented to him for the unrivaled creativity he has brought to his tenure at Schiaparelli. Roseberry’s designs have made a significant impact on the fashion industry and on pop culture, and we’re excited to see some of his visions come to life at the Met Gala tonight. Roseberry’s award is also an honor for Schiaparelli—marking the second time the Maison was recognized and carrying on the legacy of founder and visionary Elsa Schiaparelli, who was recognized in 1940 by Stanley Marcus. Partnerships like these play an integral role in our journey to Revolutionize Luxury Experiences.
