The International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association, together with California Arbitration (CalArb), is bringing the 2028 ICCA International Council for Commercial Arbitration Congress to San Francisco! The ICCA Governing Board selected the AAA-ICDR/CalArb bid this weekend during the 26th Congress in Hong Kong. As the world’s high-tech epicenter, the Bay Area is the perfect setting for an event celebrating what’s new and what’s next in #ADR.
