American Arbitration Association’s Post

In our continued effort to support diversity and inclusion, the AAA-ICDR is proud to launch the Women Panelist Resource Group. Spearheaded by AAA panelists Diana Kruze, Saloni Mavani and Sasha S. Philip, this initiative is dedicated to fostering the growth and visibility of women in arbitration and mediation. Offering comprehensive training, mentorship and networking opportunities, we aim to empower AAA-ICDR women panelists to navigate and succeed in the complex world of #ADR. By doing so, we create a community where diverse expertise is celebrated. #WomenInADR #DiversityInLaw #Leadership
