My mini stopped working

Hi all, I bought three minis for our new house about three years ago. They have been great until yesterday when on of the minis stopped working, no lights… nothing. I unplugged it for a few minutes, still nothing , I read on line to plug and unplug 11 times … nothing. I pushed the reset button on the bottom, nothing. I checked the outlet and plugged it into another outlet with a working lamp on it, nothing.

Is there anything else I should do? Has this happened to others?

To assist you efficiently, I could use some additional information:

• if the speaker is plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector? 
• When did the issue begin? 
• Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet?
• Can you share a picture of the Nest mini?
