Setting up Google Wifi with 2024 Virgin Modem (Valerie)

I have tried everything.

Virgin provided zero instructions on how to connect their modem to a router. I have the Google Wifi. I've spoke to Virgin and Google about this. Virgin is useless as they didn't help troubleshoot at all. Google told me it's a modem/router combo and Virgin needs to assist.

I'm figuring out this out on my own at this point. I've factory reset everything multiple times. I've tried to turn off the Wi-Fi on the Virgin Hub and then tried connecting it. Still no luck.

No ideas here. Any experts out there?

Thank you!

Assuming you have modern fibre broadband, Virgin Media present their broadband as a coax cable which isn't compatible with Google Wifi or Nest Wifi, so you'll need to retain the router they provide you.

Follow these steps to put your Virgin Media hub in bridge mode:

Once you've done that, connect an ethernet cable from any port on the Virgin Media hub to the WAN (globe port) on your Google Wifi router, then proceed to set it up with the app.
