Replacing Trane Thermostat with Nest

I have two Trane HVAC units with thermostat model TCONT802AS32DA.

One unit has gas furnace on the air handler model XR80. Other unit user hot water for heating.

The outside unit is model: 4TTR4030L1000AA.

I am planning to start with replacing the thermostat on unit with gas furnace, with the latest Nest thermostat. I have not purchased the thermostat yet.

Attached are 2 pictures, one for thermostat model, and other with wiring. I need to know how I can wire the Nest.

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to help you with the compatibility check. Based on the photos, I used the compatibility checker tool, and according to it, your system is compatible with either the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat. Here's an image with the recommended wiring:
