After a successful first install 9 months latter it is showing me it’s off line. So I have Googled out everything ….rebooted the router the thermostat, typed in the correct network setting with password I then disconnected back to factory settings as well as trying another network…but the thermostat will still not see ANY network .
any suggestions …or better still is there a UK tel no I can call for support.
very very frustrated as I have spent days on this🥵
