Souci avec Cast

Bonjour,

je n'arrive plus à caster ni mon smartphone ni ma tablette android vers Chrome Cast (TV) et Google Nest.
L'écran d'accueil France.TV s'affiche bien. Ensuite plus rien. J'ai le son et un écran noir sur le smartphone et la tablette. ChromeCast et Google Nest restent figés sur l'écran d'accueil de France.TV.

To better assist you, I'd like to ask some questions:

 

  • What is the model of your Chromecast device?
  • Does this happen with another app or just with France TV?
  • Has there been any change to the router settings?

For now, I'd suggest the following:

 

  • Make sure all your devices (phone, tablet, Chromecast, and Google Home app) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Verify that you have a stable internet connection. A weak internet signal can cause casting issues. For more information, refer to the next article: Troubleshoot Chromecast Connection.
  • Check if the Chromecast software is up-to-date.
  • Update your phone's software system if it's not already up-to-date.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Home app and the app you're casting from.
  • Try rebooting your Chromecast, the casting device, and the router.
  • Make sure your mobile device is not in saving mode. If it's enabled, it can cause the video to freeze (and eventually stop) because mobile devices might go to sleep or become disconnected. You may need to adjust power management settings to prevent the mobile device from going to sleep while casting a tab.

Bonjour Jennifer.
Cela ne fonctionne pas, ni avec Google Nest ni avec Chromcast.
J'ai tout fait :
- réinitialiser la box internet
- les appareils sont sur le même Wifi (smartphones Android et tablette Android)
- cela ne fonctionne pas uniquement avec france.tv. 
- pas de changement dans les paramêtres du routeur

- les mises à jour sont automatiques

- la page d'accueil de l'application France.tv s'affiche à Google Nest ou ChromeCast mais pas la chaine choisie. L'écran du smartphone se met en noir avec le son sur le smartphone. 

Concernant le modèle du ChromCast, je ne sais pas ou le trouver.

I'd really appreciate it if you could provide me with the following information:

 

  • Did you get any error messages?
  • Is the Chromecast plugged correctly into the TV and power source?
  • Is there any LED light on the Chromecast device, and what is the color?
  • Would you mind sharing a photo of what the TV displays on the screen and the Chromecast device?

Additionally, I'd suggest the next steps:

 

  • Make sure the TV is tuned to the same HDMI input where the Chromecast is plugged in.
  • Try to connect the Chromecast to another HDMI port.
  • If these steps don't work as expected, consider performing a factory reset on the device. A factory reset deletes all current settings and data from the device and restores it to its default factory settings. After a factory reset, you need to set up your device again.
