I have done ALL of the suggested options to reset, etc.
Tried numerous HDMI ports and TVs.
Same situation with all of them.
Remote controls the volume on TV but nothing else

This unit does not work.
It is under warranty and I am getting jerked around by Google.
I will be filing a complaint with the attorneys general of my state and of California.
This is ridiculous!
