Someone is in my Google account and my phone and I believe stealing from others and using my account

I need help i believe someone and I believe it's family members are in my Google account and in my phone, and remotely accessing my phone and account. I believe they are using my account and stealing from someone else. Just look into it you keep saying I'm on a computer and I'm not. Thank you all

I'm having the same problem but it's a hacker from Canada. It states I have a computer I don't and that I have a family account set up I didn't. I had Samsung correct multiple times to no avail. My McAfee securities ******* might as well not be paying for it. I would report to Samsung immediately and if you have have wifi at home use that and disconnect your mobile data or put a cap on it.
