HI, looking for some help with controlling devices. Hopefully I'll explain clearly. I have 3 google mini speakers, 1 nest doorbell camera and 3 Noma WIFI plug/lights. For myself, the home owner that has everything connected to my account. Everything works flawless at home connected to my network. Also works flawless connected to other WIFI and over cellular network. I'm able to look at my doorbell camera, control the lights and broadcast things to my house. My wife on the other hand can only do all this while connected to our network at home. Nothing works over cellular. She's not able to see the camera or anything. Says no connection and just spins. She's set up as a manager with control over all devices. Again, everything works perfect while connected to the network just not over cellular and others WIFI (aka friends house) The only other thing that is different is when connected to our network, I'm the only one that gets doorbell notifications.
