Inspired by our visionary founder, Zegna follows its own path down the road that Ermenegildo built over 110 years ago in the mountains in Piedmont, Northern Italy. His 232 road, crossing the 100 km2 Oasi Zegna natural territory surrounding the wool mill, has been turned into a graphic abstraction and signifier of the Zegna brand identity where history is expressed in the family name of the founder. Recently, our Talent Management and Employer Branding team, along with colleagues from Collection Development and Merchandising, visited Istituto Marangoni in Milan. There, students were immersed in our world, from an overview of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group to the essence of ZEGNA brand storytelling, which originates in Oasi Zegna. During the visit, students explored our commitment to beauty down to the last fiber and were captivated by our road to excellence, which is marked by a green mindset that fosters cohesion and harmony between humans, industry, and nature.     A few days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting students from De Brauw Corporate Advisory Business Course at our Headquarters in Milan. Under supervision of the De Brauw Business Course committee set up by the leading international law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek based in Amsterdam, twelve students, organized into project teams of three, were briefed on a fictional corporate case study featuring ZEGNA in different situations. They presented their pitch to our Group General Counsel and her team and answered questions to initiate a challenging discussion. Students were driven along ZEGNA’s road to tomorrow, bringing them into an immersive journey into our values, brands and products such as the Sneaker Triple Stitch, the Alba Overshirt in Oasi Cashmere and the Overshirt in Oasi Lino. We are grateful for the opportunity to inspire the bright minds of tomorrow by sharing the essence of our authenticity. #GrowWithZegna #ZEGNA

    In celebration of Milan Design Week and the launch of our 'Born In Oasi Zegna' Book, we are transforming our iconic Via Savona Headquarters into an immersive exhibit that honours our unique heritage. Designed by renowned architect Antonio Citterio, the 16,200m2 space provides a modern visual break from the traditional architecture of one of the most important streets for Milan Design Week.  Open to the public for the first time, visit us at Via Savona, 56A, Milan 16th-21st April 10.00 am- 08.00 pm

    BORN IN OASI ZEGNA: THE BOOK Oasi Zegna is the home of our values: the centre of it all, the reason for our being and the seed of our future. The 'Born in Oasi Zegna' Book is available now in ZEGNA stores globally and online at zegna.com 'Born in Oasi Zegna' will be living throughout the city of Milan during Milan Design Week, culminating in an immersive exhibition at the ZEGNA Headquarters. Open to the public from 16th April to 21st April, the installation will turn the pages of the book into places to explore, filled with vegetation coming from Oasi Zegna, bringing the ethos of Oasi Zegna full circle. #BornInOasiZegna

    In March, we had the pleasure of hosting two student groups from renowned academic institutions at our flagship store in Via Montenapoleone, Milan. MBA students from Babson College and GMBA students in Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School had the opportunity to experience an immersive journey into our integrated value chain lived through the store's ecosystem. Both groups explored iconic products such as the Triple Stitch Luxury Leisurewear Shoe and the ALBA Overshirt crafted from Oasi Cashmere fibres, and experienced the ZEGNA X configurator firsthand.     The four graduated of the ZEGNA JUMP! graduate program advance on their journey! Their development is marked by daily learning with our teams and engaging in unique experiences like the recent Milan urban exploration training. This day-long session aimed at boosting lateral thinking and creativity, pushing them to think outside the box and adapt to complex situations. Through delving into Milan's art scene, they explored how perception depends on varied perspectives through times and places and how creativity and innovation generate unique impactful ideas.
