i used to think i wouldnt like working with little kids but i did my student teaching at a couple different schools and when i had middle schoolers i passed out rulers and they immediately used them to chop up their pencils into little piles of shrapnel but when i had elementary schoolers a girl raised her hand during lunch to tell me "excuse me? me and her both really like dragons" and that taught me everything i needed to know
