I had called several times to get…

I had called several times to get assistance with my web design issue refreshing even spoke to a higher tiers of support and no one was able to help me.
As soon as he got on the phone and read my ticket notes, he assured me that he knew what my problem was, within about 10 minutes he had me up and working. Spectacular. He was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding and New immediately how to help me he restored my faith and Go Daddy I have been a very happy customer for around 10 or 11 years. I was just about ready to cancel my account since I couldn't do my website anymore until I talked to Von. I had tried since the beginning of April to get this issue fixed

Thanks Paul!

 I just wanted to give a shoutout to Paul from server support! He went above and beyond to help me out with my server and understanding DNS setups with GoDaddy. I was feeling a bit lost, but Paul patiently walked me through the whole process, explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. It's incredible to get an agent like him who not only knows his stuff but is also willing to take the time to help out. Thanks Paul! Everything is now running smoothly, and I know I know how manage DNS configurations.

Kandon Rock: I am never usually in a good space when…

I am never usually in a good space when I have to pay bills. When I interacted with my rep Kandon, he was friendly/personable, understanding and had patience, it makes it a lot better. I even purchased an additional products because he was so authentic! I been a GoDaddy customer since 2015. Usually the reps are amazing!.

Holding my hand while starting my new business

I sooo needed to have a professional email address, but was dragging my feet because I thought it would be a pain. I bought my domain on GoDaddy, then called Support for help. I got the BEST customer service rep, and she was clear, patient, polite, thorough, and made sure everything worked before we hung up. I added the Microsoft 365 Suite for my business, and she guided me every step of the way setting it up. I'm officially in business thanks to GoDaddy!

Resolving issue with Cpanel and email

I am an older man with limited income and health isssues and I have been having trouble with some of the things going on with my Cpanel and emails. Cherryl9611 helped straighten out issues I have been dealing with for years while explaining them in a way I could understand. She was super nice and also very knowledgable and I am so grateful to her for all she did to help me. Meant so much! Highest ratings for her!

Call center in the Philippines is the best in the industry! Quick response and knowledgeable,, friendly agents. Helped me get my website forwarded to another URL. I used to be leary of security of at GoDaddy. No longer!

Today I had a truly amazing experience with one of Goddy's ITs, Gurwinder Singh aka Gury. He was someone I could feel free to ask questions about any issues which I cannot solve. It took a lot of time with many problems, but he was so kind and so professional. After getting his help, I missed the survey and couldn't give it 10 score. An experience for the books with Ian

Godaddy and I have been in business for quite some time now. Over 5-7+ years. They never fail. My last CSR Ian was fantastic. He was kind, patient, professional and to the point without making me feel any kind of way. Attention to Detail

I have been using GoDaddy to build my website. The features, options, graphic selection, etc. has resulted in a very professional webpage - of which I had no prior experience creating. I have had a couple of issues but a quick chat with the AI, then a person has resolved these issues. I have always felt the customer service actually cared to resolve the issue and worked with me or escalated as needed. Great job with the team Go Daddy!

My worker made my experience so painless! She was very helpful and courteous and knew how to meet all my needs. She even has a virtual worker that will call me and be my assistant for other great products Go Daddy has to offer. Go Daddy is the best👍

Fabulous service

I had a charge I didn't recognize…

I had a charge I didn't recognize and even the bank marked it as possibly fraudulent. When I called support, it was explained as a yearly web hosting renewal, which as it turned out I didn't need anymore because that domain name was on the market and had the "for sale" page displayed.

I would give 0 Stars if I could

I would give 0 Stars if I could. I started working with Godaddy premium design service over a year ago and we are no farther along than we were when we started. Godaddy has front line emglish speaking amercians that manage each project that is created overseas in India etc, Which the designers do not speak any english and cannot create the website you are desiring. I have had over 32 revisions including where they put my competitors logo and mine on my site! I have spent over $2,500 and still do not have a website to use. I have also wasted extremely valuable time with incompetant individuals who could care less. DO NOT USE GODADDY and I am going to all Social Media platforms to warn others! BUYER BEWARE!

Les, the representative, made it easy. He was professional, patient, and understanding. He even visited my old company's website for ideas on how to help me better. More importantly, he scheduled a next step to make sure I have all available options before making a decision! Great experience.

Great customer service…

I am completely happy with GoDaddy’s customer service. First and foremost, I was able to find a phone number and actually speak to a live representative! Renz was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions and quickly resolved my issue.
