My experience was great because Jimmy made me feel like he was really there to help me! It's also very important that you explain your needs, so that they can be addressed properly at the beginning.

GoDaddy has the best support Staff!

The representatives at GoDaddy are always so helpful. They hang in there until I have all my questions answered and always have a solution for me. I'm very satisfied with the hosting and services. Wish I had more options to update my website with more trendy features, but overall love it. The representative today, Mark W. really helped me!

Shocking company to deal with.

Shocking company to deal with.
As a go daddy customer myself I reported a malicious website which was simply set up for defamation. It was a police case and even had local police email go daddy and go through the process. Reneta from the CEO office picked up our complaint, said for us to follow up with the police as they had ‘replied’ to which they actually didn’t. Reneta now ignoring all messages despite the website breaking their own policies and guidelines and also breaking UK GDPR laws.

Avoid at all costs. Bunch of clowns.

Compromised email account

I called because I received notification that my email had been compromised today. Bryan did a great job helping me secure my email. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Go Daddy is #1 in my book.

Setting up 3rd Party Software

Called and was answered by a person within 5 minutes and they were able to answer my question with ease. Also offered alternative support if i needed my IT person to speak on my behalf which made me feel more at ease.

After having their service for 10…

After having their service for 10 years, I was 45 days late to cancel the next year's contract due to being hospitalized, and they would not give an inch to work with me or refund me.

As a matter of fact, the representative said, "let's hope on a wing and a prayer that the management team will call you back and work with you".

I recently called them with an issue…

I recently called them with an issue regarding my website. I was told that i needed to purchase wordpress and technical support to have the technical issue resolved. The technical support was not able to help and only forwarded a few non-sensical emails and unilaterally concluded that the issue was resolved. The issue did not resolve and i have since been trying to cancel both services and get a refund. I have so far spent 4 hours on several different days and have not been able to get anywhere. They just seem to pass me from one department to another each with its own long wait time. This company is a complete scam.

GoDaddy is a terrible scammer

GoDaddy is a terrible scammer. When you search for a domain on their website, they can capture and transfer your information to other partners, who register it faster than you. Then, they ask you to pay a transfer fee. It is an awful website. Do not go there.

My emails all went down one morning

My emails all went down one morning. After losing the entire day trying to resolve GoDaddy got them back up and running but had lost my entire historical inbox. Was told to pay more money to upgrade my package and wait 24hrs for propagation. Did all that and still nothing. Waited ages each time to get through to technical support. In the meantime my website now points to someone elses. Couldn't make this up. Still without emails and website after three days. Hopeless.

Absolute disgrace! Do NOT TRUST .

So the company has owed me 300 for over 40 daysssssss !!!! And everytime (I have all conversations saved) I try to get my money back the first time the lady said to expect it in my account in 10 days. It's been wayyyyy more than this. Everytime I call they transfer and transfer and transfer and then on messages are also transfer after transfer. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be putting a collections notice against this company along with late charges. I do NOT recommend this company and I will be taking my business somewhere else.

So far, GoDaddy has given me very good service. Though i hear service issues from many Service providing companies into domain support and Digital Marketing companies, atleast for me, it has been good. Hope they ensure to give good service across customers.

AVIOD this company

AVIOD this company, they are waiting to charge you for unspecified services and when you want to cancel the purchase and ask for a refund they hide behind their terms and conditions. I was told by an advisor that I would be refunded the full amount paid due to my purchase error, only to find out that even though their manager had approved the refund, they could not give me a refund due to their terms and conditions, which of course nobody told me about. So if you want to avoid problems, do not work with GoDaddy.

Go Daddy has dedicated customer service members that are helpful and knowledgable. Val was great and It is so nice to deal with a company that has real people to talk to when technical difficulties arise. Thank you go daddy.

Most of their reviews are fake, like their customer support

GoDaddy is the worst customer service ever. Each time I needed to start a chat, they have been asking the same questions as if I don't have an account with them and they have no idea who they are talking to. I needed 16 chats within one week to have no solution and requested a fund. The main problem was that I am a small company and I needed an extended validation SSL. Each day, they asked me for different data, for different information in their contract, for different requirements. At the end, I simply understood that they didn't want to work with a small company and I requested a refund. And even then, instead of simply apologizing and giving me the refund, they have asked me if I want more services from them. This is the most horrible scam ever.

Really poor support for broken domain…

Really poor support for broken domain forwarding.
Tried to use the AI assistant. Waited 28 minutes for an agent. They tried to diagnose the issue after I sent them my Pin and 2 screenshots demonstrating the issue I was having. They left me on hold for 45 minutes, then didn't come back. I tired to get their attention, but the AI assistant came back on and asked me what I wanted help with. I tried to tell it to check the transcript of the conversation I'd just had - of course it couldn't help. Tried to call the phone support - 35 minute queue. Really bad experience - nearly 2 hours spent trying to resolve a simple issue. No consistency or customer care. I have the support transcript if you'd like to see it.

The absolute worst company in the World…

The absolute worst company in the World to deal with. Terrible customer service, totally overpriced in every category, mistakes and catastrophic failures with zeo accountability. Any interaction with the company takes hours and hours of wasted time accomplishing nothing. Ai Chatbots, who spew out niceties but are impossible to get anything done, people who are powerless to hold the company accountable for mistakes and only try to sell you things at higher prices promising things will be better if you only paid for a more expensive option. BE WARNED. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MAXIMIZING PROFIT AND MINIMIZING YOU. CORPORATE GREED AT ITS WORST. STAY AWAY!!!!
