Always available

I love GoDaddy for many reasons, but the 24/7 support is just incredible! I save so much time by just picking up the phone. Their people are quick and knowledgable and just help me get back to work! ...speaking of which, gotta go!

The Best Tech Care

I am not a tech savvy individual, I can do basics on programs and can figure things out when it is laid out for me. This morning when I bought into GoDaddy and decided it was time for me to get my site up and running I couldn't figure out how to start building my site. I called the support line and I spoke to a man name Seth. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted out of my site and what I wanted it to do for me. After talking little he informed me I should of bought into the website builder and not the hosting site. After about 45 min on the phone with a very patient Seth, I had a store credit, a new domain and basic website builder package. Seth was probably the most supportive tech provider I have ever had to deal with over the phone. He was patient, explained things to me and didn't push any un-necessary purchases on me. I appreciate the support I got and I look forward to getting started on my new site! Thank you Seth!

Guranteed / Promised 99.9% Uptime

From the date when we purchase the Domain & Hosting we met only a 3hours email server down and the same was also informed over recorded voice when we try to complain. The same was rectified as promised. The Domain File Manager was in a new look which is very comfortable.

I Heart GoDaddy's Service

I try to do as much as possible online and automated so I don't have to speak to a representative. But when I have to speak to someone I appreciate being assisted quickly and efficiently. I always recommend GoDaddy to clients and friends because of the reliability and prices; their great customer service is a definite bonus in my reasons to refer.

Braxton is an awesome GoDaddy Rep!

After a horrible experience with a rude web.com rep,, Braxton assisted me with fixing a technical issue. He displayed excellent customer service with amazing communication skills. He patiently stayed with me until the issue was resolved. In the past month I was car jacked and assaulted. I've lost everything but my life. We all have ups and downs and I'm super thankful during my current down I was able to connect with this particular kind, knowledgeable, professional human.

Rare Customer Service

I had to call GODADDY twice as I am technically challenged. Both CS reps were great. They took their time with me and encouraged me in my business endeavors. I tried WIX for my web design, but I liked what GODADDY had instead. I was able to design my website in very little time. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays.

Win-Win

When one typically gets a phone call from a company it is to sell something. GoDaddy called me and helped me get rid of some unneeded items. In return I transferred additional domains that I had elsewhere to GoDaddy. I believe that is the very definition of a win-win.

GoDaddy rock!

I run a small music promotion business in Australia. We are moving into TV production and wanted to develop a brand presence on the internet. The GoDaddy customer service representative that I dealt with gave me all the information I needed and registered the name I wanted. It was a seemless process with realtime email notification to ensure all was OK. Whilst the process was going though I told him about our big red rock in central Australia – Uluru – the worlds largest rock. I hope he comes to see it! You rock!

You can't imitate quality/GoDaddy!

Without any warning, my vertical industry fulfillment web site company (was printroom.com and was bought out by several other companies) did not tell me that they were closing down their business and my web site! I had invested many editing and uploading and content design hours for my over 250 photo galleries of celebrity red carpet events, fundraisers, charity events, family and group shots, etc. These galleries not only showed their events/stories, but allowed my customers to buy photographs and products through this venue. I was shocked that there was no way of getting in touch with that company to communicate anything (dismay, questions, comments and disappointment...). I have to suck up the losses of others' failures. I, the business to business customer, have to pay the price of their 'no communication' or quality control. And I was a premium paying client each year!!! Alas, I've had a relationship with Godaddy for 10 years and continue. I will now re-pick up the pieces of my solid brand and make sure it is available for my friends, family and projects, as applicable. I'm extremely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, courtesy and empathy that my old web site company displayed. Anyway, since I know Go Daddy is a public and solidly standing company, I'm back to expand my content here. I thank you in advance, for having the foresight to keep intelligent, informed staff amongst your ranks. I have had an advertising agency and other businesses that takes pride in transparent communication with the whole team. I now need to downsize web content for more streamlined and ease of use experiences for all involved at my web site. Sometimes a fresh start gives more perspectives. Here I go...
