If you’re experiencing a Major Incident, Disruption in Service or having difficulty accessing a TransUnion Business Application, please contact our 24/7 Global Technology Support Center at 800-813-5604, Option 2.

Non-urgent support requests:
Additionally, support is available via email for non-urgent requests. TransUnion’s Global Technology Support Center can be reached at clientsupport@transunion.com. Please include the Business Name, preferred method of contact, subscriber code and connectivity method where applicable (such as ACE, TUNA, TU Direct, etc.).
