Inspired by Cesar Chavez day, 49ers L.E.A.D. ERG hosted a panel discussion with 49ers employees that highlighted the professional paths of first-gen and foreign born employees. In this intimate discussion, panelists shared how their upbringing and culture influences decisions they make at work. Through this experience, employees were able to learn more about their colleagues and share common ground with each other. As an ERG, it is important to make space for employees to celebrate their unique paths by sharing the challenges and triumphs that come with their success. This was a great opportunity to embrace the intersectionality of our identities and represent multiple ERG  in the process. It was an honor and privilege to speak with our panelists Camila Hammer, Aaron Llavore, Charis Mangulabnan, and Brittany Silveira with our moderator, Amalia Sofia Navarro, M.S.m Thank you to our L.E.A.D.
