Something I brag about to anyone that asks about Merkle / dentsu is the commitment to employees. There are so many ways to feel involved and get information while working remotely with people across the globe. One of the examples I witnessed first hand today. Today, June 5th was our #OneDayForChange campaign. We went out locally to the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission Discovery Center and cleaned up the roadside of an area of the preserve. This was a great way to meet a lot of other employees that are local (working remote for a large company you don't realize that there are others near you) so this was a neat experience. We managed to clean up a good amount of garbage beside the road and networked with one another. We even had the pleasure of learning about the wood turtle that is a permanent resident at the preserve. Key takeaway: Get out there and do good in your community no matter where you are. Also, please stop throwing trash and cigarettes out of your car windows 😭.
