Coke Florida partnered with Million Trees Miami to help Miami-Dade County address the urgent need for an increased tree canopy at North Pointe Community Center, a county park located in a low-tree canopy community. Trees sponsored by Coke Florida were planted today by our associates from across South Florida along the park's walking path. Million Trees Miami is working toward achieving at least a 30 percent tree canopy cover for all of Miami-Dade County. Coke Florida is proud to contribute to this effort on #ArborDay, which also culminated the tree canopy project at the Hialeah park. Bryon Spahn has been promoted to Senior Director, Technology Operations and Services at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. In this role, Bryon will continue to provide strategic and operational leadership for technology infrastructure, service delivery, and cybersecurity. He will take on the added responsibility for system and application development. Bryon began working with Coke Florida in 2014, and transitioned to Technology Infrastructure Manager in December 2015. Along the way, Bryon has continued to take on additional responsibilities as his team grew to meet the technical demands of our growing business. He was promoted to Director in 2017. Bryon plays a key role in ensuring that Coke Florida has the right technological capabilities to enable sustainable growth. He will continue to report to Terrence Gee, Senior Vice President of Technology and Enterprise Transformation. #cokeflorida
