Today we are excited to announce that we have successfully divested our innovative Studio B office building in Warsaw, Poland for EUR 86 M to our longstanding customer Stena Real Estate AB. This is the third acquisition by Stena Real Estate AB in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), of one of our developments, which shows the strength of our properties as quality long-term investments, even amid market fluctuations. Studio B was designed and constructed in line with #ESG principles and brings future-focused architecture and sustainable construction to the Wola district. Our building, constructed with low-emission concrete, has already received #LEED certification and is in the process of receiving #WELL too. With 17,600 sqm of innovative space, the office was already fully leased before receiving its occupancy permit. Brands such as Societe Generale Group, C.H. Robinson, insurance company Unum Życie, and Business Link have chosen to open their offices in the building. We are inspired by Agnieszka's enduring passion for both law and flight. Verdenspremiere📣 Stål fra skip blir grønne bærebjelker♻ Sammen med Nordic Circles har vi utviklet verdens første CE-merkede bærebjelker for byggebransjen med oppsirkulert stål fra et gammel skip.   Oppsirkulering er å skjære stål ut av skipssiden, rense det og så å sveise delene sammen, uten å smelte, skrape eller ødelegge det. Slik reduserer man klimagassutslippene på over 90 % sammenlignet med dagens produkter.   Nordic Circles har utviklet bjelkene, som er finansiert av Statsbyggs innovasjonskonsept ByggBOKS.   AF Offshore Decom i Vats har demontert skipet som stålet kommer fra og Skanska Stålfabrikken har laget de fysiske bjelkene.   Se hvordan det gikk da vi prøvemonterte de første bjelkene på OMBYGG - sentralen på Økern 😍   Takk for nydelig samarbeid mellom Nordic Circles, Skanska og AF Gruppen. Nylig feiret vi i Skanska veiåpning av FV 565 Marås - Soltveit gjennom Alver i Nordhordland. Siden våren 2021 har Vassbakk & Stol bygget ny 7,5km vei i dagen, inklusiv to broer og tre kulverter.   Den nye veistrekningen gir bedre trafikksikkerhet og kortere reisetid - noe som har vært etterlengtet av lokalbefolkningen. Åpningen ble markert med snorklipping av fylkesordfører Jon Askeland og de aller første brukerne av veien var elevene på Austebygd Skule som hadde sykkeldag dagen etter overlevering. 🛣🎉 #skanskanorge #vivilmer 

We released our results for the first quarter of 2024 today. We saw mixed performance during Q1, though with early signs of a potential recovery in the market.     “First-quarter Group performance was characterized by strong order intake and lower results in the Construction business stream.
