Posit Public Package Manager is a free, hosted service. In addition to providing standard mirrors of CRAN, Bioconductor, and PyPI, you can track changes over time or freeze packages to specific versions, to help ensure reproducibility and ease collaboration.

Like CRAN, install R packages from pre-compiled binaries. In addition to Windows binaries, Posit Package Manager provides binaries for Linux systems to prevent package installs from taking time and interrupting your work.
