Trust worthy but

Tbh the total cost for the order was way higher than expected. The listing said free shipping but i still had to pay 1510 yen for shipping for some reason plus the i had to pay customs aswell which was a hazzle in it self overall i suppose you can order from sendico but damn i really wish it was easier doubt i ever order from there again.

But i got a dsi without a pen which was in good condition for around 40€ including all the additional costs

Thank you for you review. We're sorry for the confusion regarding shipping, as we are a proxy service, items are delivered from Japanese sellers to our warehouse, then we pack and re-ship them out to you.

The domestic shipping from the seller was free, but international shipping was paid for by you.

If you ever decide to utilize our service in future, you can save money on shipping by packaging multiple items together to send overseas, in this way you can make full use of our consolidation service.

It was good, but now it's bad

I've been working with them for over a year and a half now. They worked well before. But now their service is inferior in quality to others. they don’t have time to buy anything, everything is completely sold while the order is in a pending status. Support may not answer your question for months. They may take money for services and not perform that service. Therefore, be careful, cannot prove anything to them, it is better not to take additional services. I hope my review will make them better

My experience with this company was at twelve years

My experience with this company was at the very beginning of its formation.
One of the most conscientious companies I've ever seen.
Ideal attitude towards the client. Great job by management at all levels!
Very fast execution of orders!
Attentive attitude to minor troubles and problems that arise during the work process, and their quick elimination.
Excellent cooperation with transport companies, very fast delivery of orders!
Items are always packaged very carefully and delivered in perfect condition!
I plan to further cooperate with this company!

Good reliable Service

Over the last 1,5 years, I requested over 1.000 items through Sendico and I'm really pleased with their service.
The items are bought fast, updates are reflected directly on the status or you receive a notification from support. Parcels get packed safely, there is always enough bubble wrap and the cardboard boxes are stirdy.
Sometimes it takes some time to get a response from support and packing takes some days, too. But I still think everything is still in an aceptable time frame and it is only Sometimes, not offen.
I also appreciate, that they helped me with FedEx and customs and afterwards all my other parcels were adjusted.
There is one parcels otw, the next will get shipped soon and I already plan the next one, as I'll definetly continue to order with Sendico. Thank you so much!

Will use Sendico again

Well packaged parcel, everything arrived as described/ordered and they are very lenient when it comes to holding up pending parts until you are ready to ship it all.

It took a while to get here but I picked the cheapest shipping option and was fairly warned about it haha.

Sendico is a great service to work with and they’ve been so accommodating over the years for my special requests, such as difficult orders and holding my packages for a generous amount of time. I love this service!

Note * I noticed that this has a posted from Japan tag, I’m on vacation in Tokyo at the moment, but I am US based 🤠

Amo a sendico, com ressalvas

Amo a sendico, já uso a anos. O ponto fraco é a política de não abrirem pacotes feitos para inserir novos produtos. Entendo os motivos, mas prejudica quem já tem um pacote feito mas precisa comprar algo de última hora, pois terá que pagar taxas maiores de frete.
Outro ponto fraco é que depois da atualização para o novo design do site, ficou horrível e demorado pra dar lances. O modelo antigo era melhor e mais rápido.

Been using it for 3 years, GREAT!

Have been using Sendico for about 3 years now, 26 packages, 25 of them arrived without damage or problems. 1 got lost in shipping for which they have an investigation running. Some things could ofcourse always be better, but my overall experience is great!

Can recommend.

Giving a review since I was surprised…

Giving a review since I was surprised there was low ratings.

Never had an issue with Sendico once. I've had to wait, but that's because I think they have been getting more popular.

Fees are around 500. Which is pretty good compared to the other proxy sites.

Been with them since before COVID and never had an issue with any of my shipments. I've had my shipments stuck in customs, but I called FEDEX directly and gotten it resolved quickly.

Discord helps extensively as well with support. Love sendico!

Great service all around

this is definitely the easiest way to order from Japan, everything is done painlessly with a reasonable fee of 500 Yen per order. You can order easily for the select sites directly supported or create a request linking to products on other Japanese sites to order from there. It then is all packaged nicely into one parcel and shipped to you

An unpleasant surprise after following recommendations

I heard a lot of good about this proxy, I was very eager to buy through their site but now I was outright disappointed.

I opened a user in the last year and bought a few items that were not exactly cheap. My friends that have been using this proxy for a while now told me to open an account and that they let you lower your package value by 80%, I was displeased to know that apparently they don't allow it anymore however they still let the old users do that. It is very uneven to let older users have an option that newer users can't have.


Either mention it before people buy or allow the same treatment to everyone.

This feature had to be removed last year due to changes in domestic regulations in Japan. Terms & Conditions were updated accordingly at this time to reflect these changes.

If your friend still has this feature available on their account, then this may be due to an error. Please tell them to get in touch so that we can remove it as this is not inline with our current policy.

Please note that in your country all imports up to $75 are import-tax exempt, so if you keep your parcel under this amount, you can save in import fees.

Read the product name/title and the description diligently. Do not forget to double check.

The product description was not very clear that one of the items was just the strap and not the whole watch. I admit that I played a part in that as well, so I would say to just change the display image to what the actual product is and on my part I should always double-check the product title and description.

Fast Service, no padding in shipping box

My only two complaints are:
You need to have the total amount of money in your "Wallet" to be able to bid on items. That is fair. The money you have bid is removed from your wallet. Also fair, but if you want to "snipe" an item you have already bid on, you need to have the full amount in your "Wallet" and it doesn't consider how much you have already bid! So always snipe and never bid....

Second gripe is that there was no padding in the shipping box! I bought an expensive electronics item and it was just loose in the shipping box.

We looked into the bidding issue and confirmed there was a bug with the system which required you to have more funds than necessary to increase your bid amount. This has now been rectified and you should be able to bid as intended from now on.

Regarding shipping, please get in touch on site regarding this as we re-package everything with care, so there should be no loose items in box. If an item was not packed to standard then It is important for us to find out who was responsible for this.

The fees charged are fine on buying but…

The fees charged are fine on buying but too many fees trying to put money in the account. Shipping issues with weight and sizes on the site to get the proper funds to pay for the shipping. No fedex prices for shipping is blank. I love the 120days holding but the issues are: byee is cheaper over all compared to using your site with fees and shipping.

I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with bank processing fees. We are looking into alternatives payment services with lower fees that don't compromise on customer security and will implement them if we do.

Regarding Fedex, we do not provide quotes as they work off of dimensional weight, this means that there is no way to provide an accurate estimate until the parcel is actually packed.

i ordered many times there and all was…

i ordered many times there and all was good but the customer service is not good i have a parcel there since february and i messaged them many times and they either doesent respond or say it will be handled and then nothing happens. I currently cant pay for my parcel either i have enough in my wallet but they apparently blocked me from paying for it.
