…#628) We are going to move some documentation from MDN into this repo, namely everything under [files/en-us/mdn/contribute/howto](https://github.com/mdn/content/tree/main/files/en-us/mdn/contribute/howto). This currently only has documentation for adding entries to the CSS JSON DB. __Additions:__ From mdn/content, adding the following docs: - `docs/updating_css_json.md` guide to adding data __Changes:__ - Move `css/readme.md` -> `css/README.md` with link to new page - `master` -> `main` where applicable __related pull requests:__ - [ ] `mdn/content` mdn/content#22657
