What type of PR is this?

/kind bug

What this PR does / why we need it:

PVs with large amount of files cannot be recycted with "rm" command and are left in "Failed" state.
Hence we are switching to "find -delete" command.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #117189

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?

Fixed a bug where pv recycler failed to scrub volume with too many files in the directory due to hitting ARG_MAX limit with rm command (#117189).

PVs with large amount of files cannot be recycted with "rm" command and
are left in "Failed" state.
Hence we are switching to "find -delete" command.

Hi @defo89. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Would it make sense to use the -ignore_readdir_race option with the 'find -delete' ?
