jsrsasign Add On

Kenji Urushima edited this page Mar 15, 2023 · 11 revisions

Jsrsasign starts to support Add-On feature from 10.5.2. When you need extra OID definitions, private extensions or functions, you may use add-on's.

CAUTION: New Add On architecture was introduced from 10.7.0. Please see jsrsasign Add On2.

Current List of Add-On NPM packages

If you find or develop "add-on", please let me know. I'll add it to this list.

Sample usage for add-on

% npm install -g jsrsasign-oid-jpki

In your Node script, you can add "jsrsasign-oid-jpki" add-on like this:

var jsrsasign = require("jsrsasign");
require("jsrsasign-oid-jpki").addon(jsrsasign);
// Then you can use JPKI OID definitions
console.log(jsrsasign.KJUR.asn1.x509.OID.name2oid("jpki-pd-commonName"));
// -> "1.2.392.200149.8.5.5.1"

You can see JPKI OID definitions by the code.
