Fixed a problem that the mode is returned to the original mode when the temperature is changed with HA after changing the mode with the infrared remote controller.

I tried this several weeks ago and it resolved an issue with the units reverting to cool mode after I had used the remote to set them to heat. I don't have exact repro steps, but if left on for several hours it was happening consistently with 3 head units. Have been running this patch for long enough to feel confident that it fixed the issue.

@jamescadd thanks, I noticed it fixed a bunch of mode jumping on my three head units as well.
