Hi I'm unable to make it work on android. It was working perfectly with version 2.1.0, but know it is not with 2.1.1. I tried downgrading but no result. My styles are exactly the same as the examples. Ok I solved my issue, I leave it here in case someone is having the same problem. It was my mistake, I'm using flavors in my project, so I have a dev folder inside "android/app/src" called "dev" that gets copied to replace the "android/app/src/main/res" folder with dev assets, among them there was new styles.xml So I had to update does files also to the theme requested by Stripe. A simple thing to forget. Hope it helps someone. |

Hi @sam-parks of course, it is very simply when you find out. You just need to check that you have change the styles.xml in the I have to flavors called So to resume, just check in all the folders with the name of the flavors you have inside Hope this helps! ;) If you need more help let me know. Hi @raulmabe I wee you've solve the issue. In any case I'm using: 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:4.2.0' , ext.kotlin_version = '1.5.30' and classpath 'com.google.gms:google-services:4.3.8'. Hope it helps ;) |

hello, I installed flutter_stripe package and everything is working fine, but while uing cardfield(), if i go back with navigator.pop(context) it says 'java.lang.RuntimeException: Error during attachToGLContext' and app is closing, how to solve this error, it happens only when i use cardfield. |

@muhamadkhuram instead of trying to force a solution please try to provide an example repository where we can reproduce this issue and help you out. There are numerous apps in the fields using this library where it works so it must be sth in your specific config that causes it . It can be a bug but without extra info we cannot help you. |

I'm facing an issue with a few of my Android users, it seems to be random and I'm unable to reproduce in the devices I try. Here is what I have on my app/main/res/values/styles.xml, which seems okay when I compare to the example in this repository. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

@remonh87 same here, this is happening automatically when using something like https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_native_splash as for Android12 the splash screen is handled differently and therefore the plugin will create this folder to keep the 2 behaviors. It's going to be quite common so it will be best to add this into the examples (I can eventually PR this myself if you find it useful) |

This package is one the worst developed and maintained package. Developer uses his own logic to argue and keep problematic code parts and assummes everyone will upgrade Flutter version instantly just because he does not want to provide backward compatibility. Hopefully someone can reach out to Stripe about these fundamental issues. Put this one in your pubspec.yml file, this is the only way to make it work currently: |

@elmar001 Thank you for your feedback with good arguments, you can see you know a lot of why we need to configure it like this. The implementation of Stripe combined with Flutter's plugin structure forces us to do this and we are not happy with it either. Also thank you for the many pull request that you did to make this package better. It is easy to kick from the side lines. About the upgrade we are just compliant to the latest google requirements and you can use an older version of this package with out any problems in older versions. It is quite normal practice that you need to upgrade frameworks or dependencies in order to use the latest greatest of some package. |
